WellMed was acquired by the parent company of WebMD in 2002 and Mr. Froude continued to serve in leadership roles including Executive Vice President and General Manager (2002-2009) and President of WebMD Health Services from 2010 until his departure in April of 2011. Mr. Froude's experience in the technology industry also includes senior management positions at Creative Multimedia and Central Point Software. Mr. Froude graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in Finance and is active on the Advisory Board for the Austin Entrepreneurship Program in the School of Business at OSU.
