President & Chief Executive Officer

Chris Marsh joined Pulse Health in May 2007 as chairman of the board and became CEO in January 2008, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic growth to the company.

Prior to Pulse Health, Chris was Chief Executive Officer at Unicru. He joined Unicru in April 2001 and under Chris' leadership, Unicru grew from 40 to 350 employees and was recognized in three of the last four years as one of the 500 fastest growing and most successful companies in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine and Deloitte & Touche.

EVP

Brad McMahon leads all sales and business development activities for Pulse Health. He brings a successful track record in building and leading high performing companies focusing on strategy, corporate/business development, and sales/marketing. He was most recently the founder and Principal of Victory Solutions, LLC and has played significant management roles with FreeRange Communications, Unicru, Turner Broadcasting, The Miami Heat, Pittsburgh Penguins, Portland Trailblazers, Katz Communications and University of Portland.

Founder

David Urman is co-founder of Pulse Health. David Urman's interest in Pulse Health stems from his involvement in Beanstalk Partners, which he founded in 1995 as a consultant to national affinity organizations.

Vice President, Operations

As vice president of operations, Maura Mahon oversees Pulse Health's operations and infrastructure. She has more than 20 years of experience in software implementation, program management and strategic alliance development. Prior to joining Pulse Health, Maura Mahon served as director of professional services with Kronos, where she was instrumental in acquisition strategy and enhanced resource quality and productivity. Previously, she was a principal consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and she served as the director of eCommerce Practice with Emerald Solutions. Maura Mahon holds a bachelor's in mathematics and computer science from State University of New York, Albany, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer for Pulse Health, John Dettra oversees all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. John has over twelve years of senior financial management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (private and publicly-traded), and operational experience in fast-growth technology companies. He comes to Pulse Health from Unicru Inc., where he served as vice president of finance and administration.

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Hunt is the leading North American Specialist on Exhaled Breath Diagnostics. He is a tenured Associate Professor at the University of Virginia. His laboratory studies include airway pH homeostasis, oxidative stress, exhaled markers of lung disease, acid cough, asthma and COPD and chemical connections between innate and acquired immune responses. He is co-founder of Respiratory Research, Inc. and AirBase Therapeutics, LLC.
